Welcome

St Thomas of Canterbury Church stands at the heart of the village of Northlew in West Devon. It’s been a place of worship, solace and celebration for centuries and we welcome visitors from near and far.

The Friends of St Thomas’ Church (FOST) is a registered charity that was formed in 1997 to maintain, repair, restore, preserve, improve, beautify and reconstruct the fabric and contents of St Thomas of Canterbury church and its churchyard.

Our aim is to accumulate funds from events, donations, legacies and membership fees well before there is a need for serious repairs. We hold this money exclusively for work on the church building and grounds.

Don’t miss our Bee Fun Weekend on 16th and 17th May:

We welcome new members to help us with this rewarding work.  Find out more about FOST and how you can help in the Donate section.
